Penetrating trauma is an injury caused by a foreign object piercing the skin and damaging underlying tissues results in open wound. The most common cause of such are gun shots, explosive devices stab wounds. These penetrating injuries if neglected can result various complications like neurovascular compromise, flexor or extensor tendon injuries, ischemic changes, infection it even go for compartment syndrome. Here we report case accidental to forearm wooden stick proper timely intervention removing make limb salvageable. We have removed supraclavicular block with tourniquet lazy S incision so that preserving structures which was just close along repairing muscles forearm. here stick. A 35year-old male patient presented history pain swelling his right occurs after accident. There entry wound on radial side around 3×4 cm exit 3×3 situ. detail careful examination needed.
